Hello

My name is Elsa Makolli

I am a MNU certified nutritionist, BSc Psychology graduate and current Health Psychology student at University College London. 

 

I have dedicated a lot of my academic and personal studies researching and learning why we get diets and health so wrong. I have recognised the serious consequences that miseducation and our societies' weight obsession can have on the wellbeing of others.  Whether that leads to the false belief in detox cleanses, hating ones' own body, or life long disordered eating habits and unhealthy relationships to oneself, food and exercise. 

 

I had enough and knew I wanted to help as many people as I could to not fall for the same traps that many people are pushed into. 

 

My aim is to provide the support you need to reach your own goals and empower you to continue your health journey for the rest of your life, something a tik tok prescribed meal plan can not do. Everything will be centred around you and your needs, incorporating evidence based practice, concepts such as self-compassion and weight neutrality alongside nutrition habits that actually make a difference to help you FEEL your best.
